Fireproofing

Fire-resistant coating for steel and concrete structures in industrial environments.

What is fireproofing?

Fireproofing is a fire-resistant protection that prevents steel and concrete structures from collapsing in the event of a fire. By applying a special, heat-resistant layer, the structure remains intact for longer during an incident, providing time to evacuate and limiting damage. VTG Beton sprays fireproofing systems onto large surfaces in industrial environments, with guaranteed layer thickness and quality.

The benefits

Efficiently applicable, from small repairs to large-scale projects.

Prevents uncontrolled collapse of structures in case of fire and high temperatures

Choice between sprayed systems or board cladding, depending on project size and aesthetic considerations

Where is fireproofing applied?

Fireproofing is an essential part of safety in petrochemicals, power plants, offshore installations and heavy industry. VTG Beton applies fire-resistant systems to steel structures, vessels, pipe racks and concrete elements. We work with cement-based and epoxy-based systems, tailored to the specific risks and standards (such as UL 1709 and ISO 22899).
