Injection

Filling cracks and voids to stabilise concrete structures and make them watertight.

What is injection?

Injection is an effective method for treating cracks, voids and leaks in concrete and masonry structures without major demolition. An injection resin or gel is applied into the structure under pressure, filling the crack, stabilising the structure and, where required, making it watertight. Applications range from basement walls and tunnels to industrial floors and parking garages.

The benefits

Efficiently applicable, from small repairs to large-scale projects.

Effective repair of cracks and leaks in concrete and masonry structures

Fills voids and settlements, restoring the structure's stability and load-bearing capacity

Solves problems quickly, effectively and durably without major demolition or invasive measures

Works with 1- and 2-component systems and has equipment for both small and large projects

Which injection resins?

Depending on the application, we choose PU resins (waterproofing), epoxy resins (load transfer and structural repair) or acrylate gels (sealing in soil and masonry). For every situation we select the most suitable technique and the right product, in consultation with the client and, if necessary, a structural engineer.
